Childline is a service for young people up to their 19th birthday. They can help with issues such as abuse, bullying, mental illness, parental separation, teenage pregnancy, substance misuse, and neglect.
This is a great resource for self-help. It provides Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) self-help and therapy resources for a range of difficulties with lots of worksheets, information sheets, and videos.
